I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. I received a phone call from their staff, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. The representative spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner, repeatedly calling me and making me feel uncomfortable rather than helping address my needs.
Customer service should reflect the quality and professionalism you expect from a luxury brand, but this was the complete opposite. Instead of being courteous and respectful, the tone was dismissive and inappropriate.

Mercedes-Benz of Arlington is an excellent dealership. While I bought my E-class elsewhere, I go here for service. The experience is excellent, the service techs are very friendly and knowledgeable about my car. They always give me reassurance and a peace of mind when servicing the car. The waiting room is nice with snacks and fresh coffee. Take your car here!!
I love my car. The people were so nice to me and caring to my personal needs. This is my favorite car I ever had! I’ve had a Dodg mini van, Ford Escort Lx, Ford Taurus, Honda, Toyota Camry, Chevy Spark and VW jetta. This car is superior to all of them. What an upgrade!

I was completely satisfied with my experience with purchasing a new Mercedes C300, 4Matic. Azzam who assisted me with the purchase was exceptionally patient and personable and walked me through the process. He took time to explain the car's technology. Carl, who did the financing was polite, friendly and patiently explained all the various options. I am very pleased.
I was very happy with Mark, especially his taking out his time to go through with me the build and ordering of the car. He also kept me updated about the production and delivery of the car. Mark and his team are very personable and a delight to work with.

The service advisor and the department are top notch professionals. However, dealership needs to make its invoicing more transparent itemizing parts and labor provided. I was charged $622.00 labor to replace q voltage dip limiter (cost $210.93) How many labor hours took to change the voltage dip limiter?

The repair took a long time, but that was due to the extent of the update. Service was great and on top of it! THANKS!
I had an emergency tire situation...they were able to take me on the spot, my tire was under warranty, didn't have to pay for one but I went ahead and got the other side replaced because it was due soon and I needed the alignment...got a complimentary loaner and my car was done by 330pm. Retrieved my car by 430pm, I was very happy and pleased for the quick turnaround.
